Helen is the founder and owner of Pilates Insync. Helen has an abundance of knowledge and experience, unwavering passion, and dedication to guiding you on your journey to Pilates excellence.

Helen is a hands-on practitioner and approaches her sessions with passion and conviction.

Over the past 20 years, Helen has committed herself to constant growth and learning. She has accumulated a wealth of expertise by attending international conferences completing numerous Pilates courses, including the prestigious Diploma Of Polestar Pilates Studio, Rehabilitation Method Instruction & the Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction at Pilates ITC.

In recent times, Helen achieved a significant milestone by becoming Principal Trainer Membership Level of the Pilates Association Australia (PAA). This is a testament to her unparalleled experience and expertise in the realm of Pilates. Her dedication to Pilates was further recognised when she was elected on the PAA Board. In this role, she actively contributed to the promotion of Pilates excellence across Australasia.

Helen has not only mastered the art of Pilates but has also honed a unique specialty – training elite athletes across a wide spectrum of industries. From Professional Footballers to Olympians, Helen has consistently demonstrated her exceptional ability to tailor Pilates methodologies to the demands of these top-tier athletes. Through her guidance, these elite athletes not only experience increased strength and agility, but can also assist with injury prevention, enabling them to excel in their respective fields.

Before diving into the world of Pilates, Helen earned her Bachelor of Education degree, and for over 15 years, shared her wisdom and guidance as a high school teacher, specializing in various fields like Dance, Personal Development, Health, and Physical Education, and Technological and Applied Studies. Her experience in education forms the bedrock of her teaching approach.

Helen knows firsthand how Pilates can positively transform lives. After experiencing the benefits of Pilates, herself following the birth of her children, she found immense joy in helping others achieve a higher quality of life through this practice.

Driven by her years of experience as a Pilates instructor, Helen is now an educator with Pilates ITC where she is passing her vast knowledge and experience to the future Pilates generation. Helen’s goal is to empower individuals with the life-changing principles of Pilates.
