Emma was an elite level snow-ski racer, competing at both national and international levels. She has represented Australia on two occasions at the World Championships.
It was through her training for skiing, that Emma was introduced to pilates in 2001. Alongside her skiing career, pilates became her new passion.
In 2008 she completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) and commenced practice as a fully qualified physiotherapist in Australia and the UK.
Keen to further explore the world of pilates, she completed the Pilates Instructor Training Course at the Movement Training Centre for Allied Health And Fitness Professionals in 2011.
In addition to her work as a physiotherapist, she has taught pilates in the Illawarra area at the Wolllongong Pilates Studio and in the UK.
Though Emma’s qualifications as a physiotherapist and her pilates training, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Pilates Insync, having experienced first hand the amazing effect of Pilates in a rehabilitative and fitness capacity.
