Allegro reformers have a smooth gliding carriage, complete with adjustable springs and straps, allows for a wide range of exercises that cater to various fitness goals. With the Allegro Reformer, you can work on improving core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall muscle tone. Its versatility makes it suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and our experienced instructors will guide you through a dynamic and transformative workout.

The Allegro Tower units take your Pilates experience to new heights, literally! These adjustable towers add an extra dimension to your workout, allowing for various exercises to be performed in standing or lying positions.

The Pilates chairs are great for standing and seated work as exercises can be performed on both front and back of the body. The ‘chair’ can be a full body workout which can build strength and promote sound body awareness

The core align unit improves posture, gait, balance and functional movement. It can also be used in athlete training to increase strength, power, and endurance.

Balanced Body’s MOTR is part foam roller, part resistance trainer, and part Pilates reformer.

The Power Plate is a machine that delivers vibration therapy. The vibration works at a high speed and transmits a wave of energy to stimulate, contract, and relax muscles in a consistent and controlled way. Users can target areas of the body by sitting, standing, leaning, or laying on the machine to activate muscle fibers, improve circulation, increase bone density, and assist in muscle recovery and pain relief.

Our Founder

Meet Helen

Pilates Insync was founded in 2006 by Helen Stamatakos, a highly qualified instructor with over 20 years experience in the Pilates industry.

Helen was a high school teacher for over 15 years. She has combined her teaching skills, with her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and the Pilates method, to provide quality instruction.
