PILATES INSYNC was founded in 2006 by Helen Stamatakos, a highly qualified instructor with over 20 years experience in the pilates industry. Helen was a high school teacher for over 15 years. She has combined her teaching skills, with her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and the pilates method, to provide quality instruction. We have a large variety of clients; ranging from elite athletes through to people with chronic back pain and other ailing diseases.
The studio is well-equipped with the latest state of the art “Balance Body Equipment”.
